The challenge
Prestige Flowers is one of the UK's leading online florists, having delivered more than 12 million bouquets and gifts since brothers Simon and Phillip Crowther founded the business in Halifax. Now the country's most reviewed online florist, the brand offers fresh flower bouquets, luxury arrangements, hampers and gifts for every occasion, with next-day delivery across the country. But gifting is brutally seasonal — Prestige Flowers needed coverage landing in the weeks that actually convert.
Our lifestyle PR programme builds campaigns backwards from Prestige Flowers' three biggest trading windows — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas — pairing creative gifting hooks, trend data and lifestyle outreach to land coverage exactly when shoppers are ready to buy, rather than leaving visibility to chance.
Our approach
We didn't leave any gaps in between. Away from peak season, we kept the momentum going — providing flower-care expertise to major national titles, securing links in top-tier publications and sharing trade and local news to keep the brand visible all year round. Every seasonal campaign is planned around search and sales data, so coverage lands when branded search is most likely to convert.
The outcome
The approach has delivered more than 2,000 lifestyle and gifting placements to date, including features in Ideal Home, Hello!, Woman and Home and The Sun. Coverage now lands reliably across all three peak trading seasons every year, generating consistent editorial links and a 2.5x uplift in branded search at peak — proof that the right story, at the right moment, drives real commercial impact.
