marco/richards joined the team at the National Longevity Clinic on Thursday, 24 September 2026, as the clinic marked its opening at 69 Harley Street. We are supporting its launch communications and helping bring its approach to healthy ageing to the attention of the media.

Founded by consultant cardiologist Dr Francesco Lo Monaco and his wife, CEO and functional nutritional therapist Audrey Elena Ottaviani-Lo Monaco, the clinic brings some of London's most-renowned medical specialists together, with expertise in nutrition, exercise and lifestyle health.
Its central message is that longevity means more than adding years to life. The founders want to help people protect their health, independence and quality of life as they age, with a greater focus on understanding risks before illness develops.
Dr Lo Monaco said: “Longevity medicine should not chase trends or promise immortality. It should identify risks early, use robust diagnostics and help people protect their independence, function and quality of life as they age.”
At the opening event, he spoke about patients seeing several specialists and having multiple tests without receiving a clear explanation of how the findings fit together. The clinic aims to turn those findings into an individual plan that patients can understand, act on and review over time.
Audrey said: “Our aim is to combine conventional diagnostics with functional medicine, nutrition, sleep, stress management and mental-health support to build a clearer picture of each individual. By bringing different specialists together, we can look beyond isolated symptoms and develop personalised plans that support the whole person.”
Guests also heard from a multidisciplinary panel spanning cardiology, women’s and men’s health, functional medicine, mental health, pharmacy and exercise physiology. The discussion explored the roles of sleep, physical fitness, muscle strength, stress and social connection in healthier ageing.
For our team, the evening was an opportunity to hear directly from the founders and specialists, gather their perspectives and identify the clearest stories for journalists. Our post-launch work will include shaping the announcement for the media and developing opportunities for the clinic’s experts to share useful, accessible health advice.
It was a pleasure to support the Harley Street launch. We look forward to helping the National Longevity Clinic tell the story behind its approach, including its plans for a Richmond location.
